Frexic – Your data, your choice

You can request deletion of your Frexic account and associated personal data at any time. We process requests within 7 business days.

1How to request deletion

  • 1Send an email to support@frexic.com
  • 2Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • 3Mention your registered phone number

2Upon verification, we will

  • Delete account profile information
  • Delete saved addresses
  • Delete order history (except legally required financial records)
  • Remove device sessions

3Processing time

Within 7 business days

We’ll confirm once your account and data have been removed.

Note: Certain transaction records may be retained if required under applicable tax and legal regulations. This does not include your profile or personal data.
